Occupational risks of nursing professionals working in operating rooms at a Lima clinic, 2021

Abstract

Decades ago, the topic of health and healthcare work has been present, but much later, at the beginning of the 20th century, an active interest in the risks to which professionals in this healthcare sector are exposed became evident. The main objective of the study is focused on determining the occupational risks of the nursing professional in the operating rooms of private clinics in Lima. It is a deductive, prospective, quantitative project, with a cross-sectional methodological and descriptive design. The study population is made up of 90 health professionals who work in the surgical center area of ​​3 private institutions, the sample will be the same amount of the population. The technique to be used will be the survey and the instrument will be a Likert-type questionnaire, with 6 general questions and 26 specific questions.

Décadas atrás ha estado presente el tema de salud y el trabajo sanitario, pero mucho tiempo después a inicios del siglo xx es que evidencio un interés activo por los riesgos de los cuales están expuestos los profesionales de este sector sanitario. El objetivo principal del estudio está centrado en Determinar los riesgos laborales del profesional de enfermería en los quirófanos de clínicas particulares en lima. Es un proyecto de tipo deductivo, prospectivo, de tipo cuantitativo, con un diseño metodológico y descriptivo de corte transversal. La población de estudio está conformado por 90 profesionales de la salud que laboran en el área de centro quirúrgico de 3 instituciones privadas, la muestra será la misma cantidad de la población. La técnica a utilizar será la encuesta y el instrumento un cuestionario tipo Likert, con 6 preguntas generales y 26 preguntas específicas.
