Quality of nursing care related to the satisfaction of the mothers of the growth and development service in the period March - June in a Maternity Center in Lima, 2022

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine how the quality of nursing care affects the satisfaction of mothers with the growth and development service in the period March - June in a Maternal Center in Lima 2022. The methodology used was hypothetical deductive, with a quantitative approach, basic type, with a descriptive correlational scheme. Non-experimental cross-sectional design, mothers who came with their children to the growth and development service participated. The population and sample used was 90 mothers who attended the growth and development service in the period March - June. To collect information, two questionnaires were used to measure the quality of care, consisting of 33 items, divided into three dimensions, while the variable satisfaction of mothers consists of 20 items, also divided into three dimensions.

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue Determinar como la calidad de atención de enfermería incide en la satisfacción de las madres de familia del servicio de crecimiento y desarrollo en el periodo marzo –junio en un Centro Materno de Lima 2022. la metodología empleada fue de hipotético deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica, con esquema descriptivo correlacional. Diseño no experimental transversal, participaron madres de familia que acudieron con sus niños al servicio de crecimiento y desarrollo. la población y muestra empleada fue de 90 madres de familia que acudieron al servicio de crecimiento y desarrollo en el periodo marzo –junio. Para la recolección de información se emplearon dos cuestionarios para medir la calidad de atención consta de 33 ítems, dividido entre tres dimensiones, en cuanto a la variable satisfacción de las madres consta de 20 ítems, de igual forma divido en tres dimensiones.
