Quality of care of nursing staff and its relationship with the satisfaction of users of the chemotherapy service of a hospital in Lima-2023

One of the goals of health institutions today is to provide quality care that allows the user satisfaction with the health benefits received, in this sense the World Health Organization states that the quality of care must be; accessible to provide timely, equitable health care, this study will have as its objective: "Determine how the quality of nursing care is related to the satisfaction of patients undergoing chemotherapy." Study, of method will be hypothetical deductive; correlational, non-experimental and cross-sectional design; 80 patients receiving chemotherapy from the hospital "Military Central del Perú Coronel Luis Arias Schreiber also" On the other hand, we will not work with the entire population, so the sample will be census and it will not be necessary to apply a sample; certain inclusion and exclusion criteria are considered; Two validated instruments such as the questionnaire will be used. Likewise, to process the data, Microsoft Excel and version 26 of the SPSS will be used; Finally, to contract the proposed hypothesis, the Spearmans, correlation coefficient test is used; later the results will be shown in tables and/or graphs.
Resumen
Una de las metas de las instituciones de salud en la actualidad es brindar una calidad de atención, que permita al usuario una satisfacción de las prestaciones de salud recibidas, en ese sentido la Organización Mundial de la Salud, expresa que la calidad de atención debe ser; accesible para proporcionar una atención de salud oportuna, equitativa, este estudio, tendrá como objetivo: “Determinar como la calidad de atención del personal de enfermería se relaciona con la satisfacción de los usuarios del servicio de quimioterapia”. El estudio será de método hipotético deductivo con diseño correlacional, no experimental y de corte trasversal; 80 pacientes del servicio de quimioterapia del hospital Militar Central del Perú Coronel Luis Arias Schreiber, participaran en el estudio. Por otro lado, se trabajará con toda la población; por lo que la muestra será censal y no será necesario aplicar un muestreo, se considerará ciertos criterios de inclusión y exclusión, además, contará con dos instrumentos validados como el cuestionario. Asimismo, para procesar los datos, se utilizará el Microsoft Excel y la versión 26 del SPSS; finalmente para la contratación de las hipótesis planteadas se utilizará la prueba coeficiente de correlación Spearmans, posteriormente los resultados se mostrarán en tablas y/o gráficos.
