Quality of nursing care and its relationship with the level of satisfaction of postsurgical patients of the Sanens Clinic, Lima 2023

Abstract

Objective: : To analyze the quality of nursing care and its relationship with the level of satisfaction of postsurgical patients of the Sanens clinic, lima 2023. Material and method: study with a quantitative approach, correlational, cross-sectional type, non-experimental design, made up of a total of 365 post-surgical patients treated at the Sanens Clinic in its different specialties such as: Traumatology, General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Bariatric Surgery and Urology, using the sample size formula, obtaining a sample of 187 patients, applying the type of stratified probabilistic sampling. Method: The research technique will be the survey and the questionnaire as an instrument, which consisted of 2, one for each variable structured in the Likert type of scale, both are validated and applied the Cronbach alpha test, resulting in 0. .85 and 0.75 respectively, after that the statistical program SPSS24 will be used and the normality tests will be applied to be able to use the appropriate statistical test, after that the contrasting of the research hypothesis will be applied and will be shown through of tables and figures.

Objetivo: Analizar la calidad de atención de enfermería y su relación con el nivel de satisfacción de pacientes postquirúrgico de la clínica sanens, lima 2023. Material y método: estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo correlacional, transversal, de diseño no experimental, conformada por un total de 365 pacientes postquirúrgico atendidos en la Clínica Sanens en sus diferentes especialidades como: Traumatología, Cirugía general Cirugía plástica, Cirugía bariátrica y Urología, utilizando la fórmula de tamaño muestral obteniendo una muestra de 187 pacientes, aplicando el tipo de muestreo probabilístico estratificado. Método: La técnica de investigación será la encuesta y como instrumento al cuestionario, los cuales constaron de 2, uno para cada variable estructurado en el tipo de escala Likert, ambos se encuentran validados y aplicaron la prueba del alfa de Crombach teniendo como resultado de 0,85 y 0,75 respectivamente, posterior a ello se hará uso del programa estadístico SPSS24 y se aplicarán las pruebas de normalidad para poder utilizar la prueba estadística idónea, posterior a ello se aplicará la contrastación de la hipótesis de investigación y serán mostrados a través de cuadros y figuras
