Resumen
A comparison will be made between manual therapy and the Mézières method, as both are used in professional practice but have not been studied for effectiveness. The EVA scale will be used to assess pain, and kyphosis and lordosis will be measured using the "flechas test," which has been used in studies with a Kappa index greater than or equal to 95%. The research is hypothetical-deductive, with a quantitative approach to test hypotheses. The research type is applied-comparative, with an experimental design and a quasi-experimental sub-design. Both groups will receive pre- and post-tests, with random assignment of participants.
Resumen
Se realizará una comparación entre la aplicación de un tratamiento de isioterapia manual y otro con enfoque . Mézières, ya que los dos son aplicados en la práctica profesional, pero no se ha realizado un estudio para comprobar la efectividad. Se utilizará la escala de Eva cuando se presente dolor; además para a medición de la cifosis y lordosis con el test de flechas que se ha utilizado en estudios donde se define su índice de concordancia de Kappa, que fue mayor o . gual a un 95%. La investigación es hipotético-deductivo; con un enfoque de la nvestigación cuantitativo porque el problema es delimitado, se prueban las hipótesis. Tipo de investigación aplicada - comparativo. El diseño de la nvestigación es experimental: con un subdiseño: cuasi experimental. Será de prueba y postprueba que se aplicará a ambos grupos. Los participantes se asignarán al azar.
