Graphotechnical expert report on the crime of document forgery, in the judicial district of Cusco, January to December 2021

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze how graphotechnics allows to objectively explain and resolve investigations into the crime of document falsification, and to offer expert reports as a means of proof, an investigation carried out in the judicial district of Cusco. The method used was non-experimental, qualitative in approach, cross-sectional, and phenomenological in design. The study population was intentional, non-probabilistic, with 11 participants as a sample, four (04) representatives of the Public Ministry and seven (07) graphotechnical experts from the PNP and REPEJ of Cusco, who were interviewed during the year 2021. Data analysis used the Atlas Ti-Version 9 program. Upon completion of this work, it is determined that the institutional expertise is effective, backed by technical guarantees and impartiality. The expert determines the authenticity of documents through scientific and technical methods; graphotechnics explains and resolves the falsification of documents with suitability and reliability. Likewise, graphotechnics has emerged as a determining element in the identification and attribution of responsibility in cases of document falsification, strengthening judicial processes and providing solid evidence for a more precise administration of justice. The graphotechnical experts have demonstrated undeniable effectiveness in these cases, and the professional performance of the graphotechnical experts has been outstanding. These findings highlight the importance of graphotechnics in solving crimes of document falsification in Cusco, contributing to the strengthening of the judicial system.

Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar como la grafotecnia, permite explicar y resolver de manera objetiva las investigaciones en delito de falsificación de documentos, y ofrecer los informes periciales como medio probatorio, investigación realizada en el distrito judicial del Cusco. El método empleado fue no experimental, de enfoque cualitativo, fue de corte transversal, de diseño fenomenológico. La población de estudio fue intencional no probabilística, teniendo como muestra a 11 participantes, cuatro (04) representantes del Ministerio Publico y siete (07) peritos grafotécnicos de la PNP y REPEJ del Cusco, a quienes se realizó una entrevista, para el análisis de datos se utilizó el programa Atlas Ti- Versión 9. Al culminar este trabajo se determina que los peritajes grafotecnicos son efectivos, respaldados por garantías técnicas e imparcialidad en su formulación, el perito determina la autenticidad de documentos mediante métodos científicos y técnicos, la grafotecnia explica y resuelve la falsificación de documentos con idoneidad y fiabilidad. Así mismo, la grafotecnia ha surgido como un elemento determinante en la identificación y atribución de responsabilidad en casos de falsificación de documentos, fortaleciendo los procesos judiciales y proporcionando pruebas sólidas para una administración de justicia más objetiva. Los peritajes grafotecnicos han demostrado innegable eficacia en estos casos, y el desempeño profesional de los peritos grafotecnicos ha sido sobresalientes. Estos hallazgos resaltan la importancia de la grafotecnia en la resolución de delitos de falsificación de documentos en el Cusco, contribuyendo al fortalecimiento del sistema judicial.
