Introduction: Quality of care is the ability to help patients and provide immediate and timely care in the face of emergency care with a quality response and in a prudent and acceptable time. Objective: Determine how the quality of nursing care is related to user satisfaction in their care in the emergency service of the Stella Maris clinic, Lima 2023. Methods: nonexperimental quantitative applied study. The census sample will consist of patients who go to the emergency service of the Stella Maris clinic. The technique that will be used in this work will be the survey, for both variables. For the first variable, the EVACALEN instrument (Evaluation of the Quality of Nursing Care) will be used, developed by the authors of the research, questionnaire type with a scale Likert in which the categories proposed by Donabedian and Jean Watson's theoretical reference of human care were taken into account. Regarding the user satisfaction variable, the CARE – Q questionnaire by Patricia Larson in 1981 called the Care Satisfaction Questionnaire will be used.
Resumen
Introducción: La calidad del cuidado Es la capacidad de ayudar a los pacientes y proporcionar una atención inmediata y oportuna frente a una atención de emergencia con una respuesta de calidad y en un tiempo prudente y aceptable. Objetivo: Determinar cómo la calidad del cuidado enfermero se relaciona con la satisfacción del usuario en su atención en el servicio de emergencia de la clínica Stella Maris, Lima 2023. Métodos: estudio de tipo aplicada cuantitativo no experimental. La muestra censal estará constituida por los pacientes que acuden al servicio de emergencia de la clínica Stella Maris. La técnica que se utilizará en el presente trabajo será la encuesta, para ambas variables, Para la primera variable se empleará el instrumento EVACALEN (Evaluación de la Calidad del Cuidado en Enfermería), elaborado por los autores de la investigación, tipo cuestionario con una escala Likert en la cual se tuvieron en cuenta las categorías propuestas por Donabedian de y el referente teórico de Jean Watson del cuidado humano. En cuanto a la variable satisfacción del usuario se empleará el cuestionario CARE – Q de Patricia Larson en 1981 denominado el Cuestionario de Satisfacción del Cuidado.
