Quality of nursing care and the relationship with compliance with the vaccination schedule in mothers of children under one year of age at the Los Libertadores health center, San Martin de Porres, Lima 2022.

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the relationship between the quality of nursing care and compliance with the vaccination schedule in mothers of children under one year of age at the Los Libertadores Health Center, San Martin De Porres, Lima 2022. Material and methods: The approach is quantitative, hypothetical-deductive method, the type of applied research, and research design without intervention and correlational level. The population is made up of 150 mothers of children under one year of age from the health center, and the sample is 108. The technique used is the survey, and the instrument is the questionnaire that has been valid and reliable for use in the research. Conclusions: There is a relationship between the quality of nursing care and compliance with the vaccination schedule in mothers of children under one year of age at the Los Libertadores Health Center, San Martin de Porres, Lima 2022; Having obtained a Spearman correlation value of 0.532, with a significance p = 0.000.

Objetivo: Analizar la relación de la calidad de atención del cuidado enfermero con el cumplimiento del calendario de vacunación en mamás de niños menores a un año en el centro de salud los libertadores San Martin de Porres Lima 2022. Material y métodos: El enfoque es cuantitativo, método hipotético - deductivo, el tipo de investigación aplicada, y diseño de investigación sin intervención y de nivel correlacional. la población está conformado por 150 madres de niños menores de un año del centro de salud, y la muestra es de 108. la técnica que se utilizó es la encuesta, y el instrumento el cuestionario que ha sido válido y confiable para su uso en la investigación. Conclusiones: Existe relación de la calidad de atención del cuidado enfermero con el cumplimiento del calendario de vacunación en mamás de niños menores de un año del Centro de Salud los Libertadores , San Martin de Porres, Lima 2022; Habiéndose obtenido un valor de correlación de Spearman de 0.532, con una significancia p=0.000.
