Quality of nursing care in the neonate and its relationship with the level of satisfaction of the mothers of the Neonatology Service of a National Institute, Lima 2023

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care in the neonate and its relationship with the level of satisfaction of mothers in the neonatology service of a national institute, Lima 2023. Method: This is a descriptive study with a nonexperimental, correlational design. The population will be made up of 80 mothers accompanying their babies in the neonatology service of the national institute between January and June 2023. The data collection will use the survey technique, using a 16- question instrument. It should be noted that this instrument has already been validated in previous studies and adapted to be applied to neonates.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre la calidad del cuidado de enfermería en el neonato y su relación con el nivel de satisfacción de las madres del servicio de neonatología de un instituto nacional, lima 2023. Material y método: Se trata de un estudio de método descriptivo, con un diseño no experimental, de tipo correlacional. La población estará conformada por 80 madres acompañantes en el servicio de neonatología del instituto nacional entre los meses de Enero - Junio 2023. La recogida de datos se utilizará la técnica de la encuesta, utilizando un instrumento de 16 preguntas cabe resaltar que este instrumento ya ha sido validado en estudios anteriores y adaptados para ser aplicados en neonatos
