Resumen
The objective of the study is: "To determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the culture of patient safety in nurses from the emergency service of a Private Clinic in Lima, 2023". The study method will be hypothetical deductive, with a quantitative approach, basic type, non-experimental design, correlational and crosssectional level, it will be carried out in June 2023, 85 nurses from the emergency service will participate, who meet the inclusion criteria. and exclusion established. For data collection, two validated instruments will be applied for each variable by expert judgment, the first will be the Questionnaire to measure the organizational climate in nurses, by Gerson Garcia Meza with a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0. 898 and the Questionnaire to measure the safety culture of Natali R. Mori Yachas with a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.860. The instruments will be administered in person, prior acceptance of the informed consent. The Odds Ratio value will be calculated as a measure of the strength of the relationship between the variables and it will be considered a significant relationship when a p value < 0.05 is obtained. The calculations will be executed in the SPSS version 24 program.
Resumen
El estudio tiene por objetivo: Determinar cuál es la relación que existe entre el clima organizacional y la cultura de seguridad del paciente en enfermeros del servicio de emergencias de una Clínica Privada en Lima, 2023. El método de estudio será hipotético deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica, diseño no experimental, nivel correlacional y de corte transversal, se ejecutará en el mes de junio del 2023, participarán 85 enfermeros del servicio de emergencia, que cumplan los criterios de inclusión y exclusión establecidos. Para la recolección de datos se aplicarán dos instrumentos validados para cada variable por juicio de expertos, el primero será el Cuestionario para medir el clima organizacional en enfermeros, de Gerson Garcia Meza con un coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach de 0.898 y el Cuestionario para medir la cultura de seguridad de Natali R. Mori Yachas con un coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach de 0.860. Los instrumentos serán administrados de manera presencial, previa aceptación del consentimiento informado. Se calculará el valor del Odds Ratio como medida de la fuerza de relación entre las variables y se considerará como relación significativa cuando se obtenga un p valor < 0.05. Los cálculos serán ejecutados en el programa SPSS versión 24.
