Work stress and quality of life in workers of the company PANASA, Callao 2022

Abstract

The objective of this thesis project is to determine the relationship between work stress and the quality of life in workers of the company PANASA, Callao 2022; Likewise, he has a hypothetical-deductive research method, with a quantitative approach, a type of correlational research study, basic and cross-sectional, and a non-experimental design. A probabilistic, stratified sampling will be applied, made up of 148 workers. Two instruments will be used: ""Work Stress Scale" which consists of 25 elements and 7 dimensions: occupational territory, technology, leader influence, lack of cohesion, group support, organizational structure and organizational climate. Also will be used the Work Life Quality Scale", made up of 27 items and 5 dimensions: physical activity and health, psychological well-being, relationship with family members and autonomy, social support and peers, and finally the work environment. For the analysis, the statistical package SPSS version 23.0 will be used, with which the frequency and percentage data and the conclusion. Finally, use will be made of the Pearson parametric test in order to determine the relationship of the exposed hypotheses; there is or not statistically significant relationship between the quality of life at work and work stress in workers of the PANASA company.

El objetivo es determinar la relación entre el estrés laboral y la calidad de vida en trabajadores de la empresa PANASA, Callao 2022; asímismo el estudio posee un método de investigación hipotético-deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigación correlacional, basica y de corte transversal y diseño no experimental. Se aplicará un muestreo probabilístico, estratificado conformado por 148 trabajadores. Se aplicarán dos instrumentos: “Escala de estrés laboral” y “Escala de Calidad de vida laboral”.Para el análisis se hará uso del paquete estadístico SPSS versión 23.0 con la cual se obtendrá los datos de frecuencia y porcentaje y la correlación de Pearson a fin de determinar la relación de las hipótesis expuestas; existe o no relación estadísticamente significativa entre las variables de investigación.
