Knowledge about the disease and its relationship with self-care performed by patients with chronic kidney disease in the treatment of hemodialysis at The Hipolito Unanue National Hospital, Lima – 2021”

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge about the disease and self-care performed by patients with chronic kidney disease in hemodialysis treatment at the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital, Lima 2021 Material and method: This research has a quantitative approach, since the data will be analyzed statistically, it is deductive - hypothetical, because it is a path that the researcher follows to carry out his activity in a scientific practice, it is correlational because it will seek to determine the relationship between knowledge and self-care performed by patients with chronic kidney disease in hemodialysis treatment, it is non-experimental; because the study variables will not be manipulated. And cross-sectional; because the data was collected at a single time, and the sample will be made up of 24 patients with chronic kidney disease who will attend hemodialysis treatment at the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital.

Objetivo: Analizar la relación del nivel de conocimientos sobre la enfermedad con el autocuidado que realizan los pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica en el tratamiento de hemodiálisis en El Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue, Lima 2021 Material y método: Esta investigación tiene enfoque cuantitativo, ya que los datos se analizarán estadísticamente, es deductivo – hipotético, porque es un camino lo cual el investigador sigue para realizar su actividad en una práctica científica, es correlacional porque se buscará determinar la relación entre conocimientos y autocuidado que realizan los pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica en el tratamiento de hemodiálisis, es no experimental; porque no se manipularán las variables del estudio. y de corte transversal; porque los datos se recolectaron en un solo momento, y la muestra estará conformada por 24 pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica que acudirán al tratamiento de hemodiálisis en el Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue.
