Burnout syndrome and job performance of nursing staff in the psychiatric areas of EsSalud hospitals - Pasco 2022

Abstract

This research aims to: Establish the relationship between Burnout syndrome and the work performance of the nursing staff in the psychiatry areas of the Essalud hospitals in Pasco 2022. The research is basic, with a correlational, observational level. -cross; With a quantitative approach, a total of 70 nursing personnel will be taken for the sample, including; 30 nursing graduates and 30 nursing technicians from the psychiatry areas of the IIE Essalud Huariaca hospital and 5 nursing graduates and 5 nursing technicians from the psychiatry area of ​​the I Oxapamapa hospital. For the Burnout Syndrome variable, the survey will be used as a technique and the technical sheet: Maslach “Burnout” Inventory (MBI) as an instrument, the survey will also be used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument for the work performance variable.

Esta investigación tiene como objeto: Establecer cuál es la relación entre el síndrome de Burnout y el desempeño laboral del personal de enfermería de las áreas de psiquiatría de los hospitales de Essalud de Pasco 2022. La investigación es tipo básica, con un nivel correlacional, observacional-transversal; con enfoque cuantitativo, para la muestra se tomará un total de 70 personales de enfermería, entre ellos; 30 licenciados de enfermería y 30 técnicos de enfermería de las áreas de psiquiatría del hospital IIE Essalud Huariaca y 5 licenciados de enfermería y 5 técnicos de enfermería del área de psiquiatría hospital I Oxapamapa. Para la variable Síndrome de Burnout se utilizará la encuesta como técnica y la ficha técnica: Inventario “Burnout” de Maslach (MBI) como instrumento, también se utilizará la encuesta como técnica y el cuestionario como instrumento para la variable desempeño laboral.
