Biocultural, socioeconomic and institutional factors related to the mother's dropout in the growth and development control program in children from 2 to 4 years old: Hospital de Barranca, 2020

Abstract

The child's care is carried out in the CRED office, where the nurse provides care to ensure adequate growth and development. This provides its optimal conditions so that children can have better opportunities in current and future life; Furthermore, it teaches the caregiver to remake their eating, care and breastfeeding habits and customs that will smooth out early morning child development. The objective of the work is to identify the biocultural, socioeconomic and institutional factors related to the mother's dropout in the growth and development control program in children from 2 to 4 years old. Barranca Hospital 2020. The study has a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional correlational approach. The study population will be made up of 176 mothers of children from 2 to 4 years old. For data collection, the survey will be used as a technique measured in a checklist that will evaluate the independent variable Biocultural, socioeconomic and institutional factors, a questionnaire will be used as a data collection instrument to measure the dependent variable Dropout of Growth and Development , a form will be used to collect information from the child's control card, all of this will be done through the home visit.

En el consultorio de CRED se realiza la atención del niño Adonde la enfermera brinda el cuidado para custodiar el adecuado crecimiento y desarrollo. Este facilita sus condiciones óptimas para que los niños puedan suceder mejores oportunidades en la vivacidad flagrante y futura; todavía, enseña al cuidador a rehacer sus hábitos y costumbres alimenticias, cuidados y lactación que allanarán el desarrollo pueril matinal. El trabajo tiene como objetivo identificar los factores bioculturales, socioeconómicos e institucional relacionados a la deserción de la madre en el programa de control del crecimiento y desarrollo en niños de 2 a 4 años. Hospital de Barranca 2020. El estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, correlacional de corte transversal. La población de estudio estará conformada por 176 madres de niños de 2 a 4 años. Para recolección de datos, se utilizará como técnica la encuesta medida en una lista de cotejo que evaluará la variable independiente Factores bioculturales, socioeconómico e institucionales, se utilizará como instrumento de recolección de datos un cuestionario, para medir la variable dependiente Deserción de Crecimiento y Desarrollo, se empleará una ficha para recolectar la información del carnet de control del niño, todo esto se realizará a través de la visita domiciliaria.
