Resumen
The purpose of the research is to measure the level of relationship between self-care and adherence to hemodialysis treatment by patients of the Nephrology service, of a quantitative nature, with a level that seeks the relationship in a cross-section of nonexperimental design with a sample of 80 patients undergoing treatment. to measure the 2 variables, using the author's (2020) self-care for the first self-care variable with a validity of 5 experts and a reliability of 0.773. In the second variable, adherence to treatment, a validated and reliable questionnaire by the author Ramírez (2017) with a Kuder-Richardson index of 0.680 will be used, which will serve for data collection, with which a database elaborated in Microsoft Excel will be obtained, this database will be analyzed by the SPSS version 27 program. both descriptive and inferential, applying tests such as normality which will show the nature of the data in order to choose the ideal test in the verification of the study hypotheses as would be the case of Pearson (parametric) or Spearman's Rho (non-parametric).
Resumen
La investigación tiene el propósito de poder medir el nivel de relación entre el autocuidado y la adherencia al tratamiento de hemodiálisis por parte de los pacientes del servicio de Nefrología, de naturaleza cuantitativa, con un nivel que busca la relación en un corte transversal de diseño no experimental con una muestra de 80 pacientes en tratamiento, para medir las 2 variables, utilizándose para la primera variable autocuidado del autor Ramón (2020) con una validez de 5 expertos y una confiabilidad de 0.773. En la segunda variable adherencia al tratamiento se utilizará un cuestionario del autor Ramírez (2017) validado y confiable con un índice de 0.680 de Kuder – Richardson, los cuales servirán para la recolección de datos con lo cual se obtendrá una base de datos elaborada en Microsoft Excel, esta base de datos será analizada por el programa SPSS versión 27, tanto descriptiva como de manera inferencial, aplicando pruebas como la normalidad la cual mostrará la naturaleza de los datos para poder elegir la prueba ideal en la comprobación de las hipótesis de estudio como sería el caso de Pearson (paramétrica) o Rho de Spearman (no paramétrica).
