Implication between the Hematological Profile and the Prognosis of Hospitalized Patients in the HASA-ESsalud Pisco January-July 2021

Abstract

The first studies on the relationship between certain hematological parameters and the disease were conducted in China (Ning Tang et al., 2020), where the role of D-dimer and PDFs in disease severity was established. (Clin Chim et.al 2020) conducted a study on whether platelet count could differentiate between severe and non-severe patients who contracted the disease. The goal of this work is to gather information that helps clinicians relate hematological parameters to disease severity, thus preventing patients from reaching critical stages that could endanger their lives. The hematological parameters to be evaluated include: D-dimer, fibrinogen level, platelet ratio, INL, and absolute lymphocyte count. This research will analyze data from the health management system (ESSalud databases) and laboratory databases. The hypothetical-inductive method with a quantitative and applied approach will be used.

Los primeros antecedentes de estudios sobre relación de algunos parámetros hematológicos con la enfermedad lo realizaron en China (Ning Tang et al.2020) establecieron el rol del dinero D y los PDF con la severidad de la enfermedad. (Clin Chim et.al 2020) abordaron un estudio sobre si el recuento de plaquetas podría diferenciar de pacientes graves y no graves que contrajeron la enfermedad. El objetivo de este trabajo pretende reunir información que ayude al clínico a relacionar los parámetros hematológicos con la gravedad de la enfermedad, de esta manera se contribuye a que los pacientes no lleguen a estadios críticos y puedan poner en peligro su vida. Los parámetros hematológicos a evaluar son: el dimero D dosaje de fibrinógeno, Rto de plaquetas, INL y recuento absoluto de Linfocitos. La presente investigación se realizará examinando la base de datos del sistema de gestión, sistema de explotación de información (bases de datos de ESsalud) así como de la base de datos de los equipos de laboratorio. Se utilizará el método hipotético - inductivo, con un enfoque de tipo cuantitativo y aplicada
