| dc.description.abstract | Objective: Determine the relationship between anemia in pregnancy and low birth weight at the Hipólito Unánue National Hospital in the period from April to June 2019. Materials and Method: The study was of a non-experimental analytical type, with group differences. , cross-sectional retrospective. The sample was made up of 106 medical records of pregnant women with anemia and low birth weight newborns at the Hipólito Unánue National Hospital. Results: The most frequent age was between 20 and 24 years (30.2%). The marital status highlighted in the study was cohabiting (66%). In relation to the level of education, the level of completed secondary school had the highest frequency (69.8%). The main activity they carried out was housewife (53.8%) and they were from the Coast (89.9%). 32.4% of the patients who had mild anemia had a low birth weight newborn. 67.6% of the patients who had moderate anemia had a low-weight newborn and 58% of the patients who had severe anemia had a very low-weight newborn. Being statistically significant with a value p=0.001. 74.6% of patients with anemia were between 33 to 36 weeks of gestation. The parity of women with anemia was multiparous in 46.2% and 62.3% of patients with anemia had adequate prenatal control. Conclusion: There is a relationship between anemia in pregnancy and low birth weight at the Hipólito Unánue National Hospital. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Objetivo: Determinar la efectividad de la vacuna contra la Covid-19 en la gestación y la lactancia materna. Diseño: no experimental de corte transversal. Ámbito de estudio: Publicaciones científicas con información actualizada y reciente. Sujetos de estudio: La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 60 investigaciones, recopilados de junio hasta octubre del 2021. Resultados: El estudio estuvo conformado por 31588 gestantes y 589 madres lactantes. Las gestantes fueron vacunadas con Pfizer 84%, moderna 16%. El 96% recibió 2 dosis. Durante el II trimestre fueron vacunadas el 35%, 20% en el I trimestre y otro 20% en el III trimestre. El 99% de las gestantes no registró complicaciones durante el embarazo. El 79% de las madres lactantes fueron vacunadas con Pfizer, 17% moderna y 4% Chadox. El 96% recibió 2 dosis. El efecto secundario más registrado fue el dolor en la zona de aplicación (80%). No se evidenció la presencia de ARNm en la leche materna. Se evidenció la formación de anticuerpos en gestantes, madres lactantes y en el recién nacido. Conclusión: Los resultados hallados en esta investigación respaldan la vacunación contra la COVID 19 en ambas etapas. Se recomienda concientizar a esta población vulnerable para que acceda libremente a la vacunación. | es_ES |
