Humanized nursing care and patient satisfaction in the intensive care unit of the San Juan de Dios hospital, Pisco 2022.

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between humanized nursing care and patient satisfaction in the intensive care unit of the San Juan de Dios Hospital in Pisco in the period 2022. Methodology: The study has a quantitative approach and observational design. The sample consisted of 30 ICU patients, who were surveyed with the instruments "Humanized Care Questionnaire" by Reyna and Vargas, and "Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire" by Donabedian. Data collection techniques and instruments: Permission will be requested from the health care provider and collaborators will be informed about the research, requesting their support and consent. The questionnaires will then be applied, the data will be entered into Microsoft Excel and SPSS to be processed, and will be analyzed descriptively and inferentially. Statistical Analysis: It will be carried out using the Chi Square test.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el cuidado humanizado de enfermería y la satisfacción del paciente en la unidad de cuidados intensivos del Hospital San Juan de Dios de Pisco período 2022. Metodología: El estudio posee un enfoque cuantitativo y diseño observacional. la muestra estuvo conformada por 30 pacientes de UCI, a los cuales se les encuestó con los instrumentos “Cuestionario de cuidado humanizado” de Reyna y Vargas, y “Cuestionario de satisfacción del paciente” de Donabedian. Técnicas e instrumentos de Recolección de datos: Se procederá a solicitar el permiso de la entidad prestadora de salud y se informará a los colaboradores sobre la investigación solicitando su apoyo y consentimiento. Luego se aplicarán los cuestionarios, se vaciarán los datos en Microsoft Excel y SPSS para que sean procesados y se procederá a analizar de forma descriptiva e inferencial. Análisis Estadístico: Se realizará mediante la prueba del Chi Cuadrado.
