Work factors and their relationship with the stress level of nursing staff in the surgical center of the National Hospital Arzobispo Loayza, Lima 2023

Abstract

Worldwide, stress belongs to one of the diseases frequently present in the workplace, triggering a series of health conditions in nursing workers leading to death as referred by the WHO, the nursing work to be done is to disseminate the elements produced at work that are directly linked to stress to prevent this serious problem that afflicts the staff. Objective: To analyze the relationship of work factors with the level of stress in nurses of Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza, Lima 2023. Quantitative research since they use the collection of information to accept the hypothesis proposed, of correlational scope, where it is intended to make known the association between two variables, the design analysis is analyzed immediately, intime (cross-sectional). The population consisted of 80 professionals working in the operating room of the Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza.

A nivel mundial el estrés ha pasado a ser uno de los problemas más importantes del área laboral, desencadenando una serie afecciones de salud en trabajadores de enfermería llevándolos a la muerte tal como refiere la OMS, la labor de enfermería en el que hay que trabajar es difundir los elementos producidos en el trabajo que se vinculan directamente con la tensión con el fin de prevenir este grave problema que aqueja al personal. Objetivo: Analizar la relación de los factores laborales con el nivel de estrés en enfermeros de Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza, Lima 2023. El proyecto es cuantitativo porque recopila información de manera que se pueda aceptar la hipótesis planteada, alcance correlacional, donde se pretende hacer saber la asociación que se da entre ambas variables, el análisis de diseño se analiza de forma inmediata en el tiempo (transversal). La población constituida en 80 profesionales que realizan sus actividades en el ambiente quirúrgico del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza.
