Cuidado humanizado y prevención de lesiones por presión de los profesionales de enfermería, en un hospital de Lima, 2023

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como Objetivo: Determinar el cuidado humanizado y su relación con la prevención de lesiones por presión de los profesionales de enfermería, en un hospital de Lima, 2023. Metodología: La investigación cuantitativa y un método hipotético-deductivo, transversal, correlacional, aplicada y no experimental. Población: Se tomará en cuenta a 52 profesionales de enfermería en un hospital de Lima, 2023. Como técnica se utilizará la observación, como instrumento se utilizará dos listas de cotejo instrumentos validados y con juna confiabilidad de 0.871 y 0.795. Se tabularán los datos obtenidos de la muestra con lo cual se podrá realizar una base de datos en Excel que será analizada en el programa estadístico SPSS, de lo cual brindará resultados descriptivos en tablas y figuras, y resultados inferenciales con el uso de Rho de Spearman para comprobar las hipótesis de estudio y poder establecer las conclusiones del caso.

The objective of this study is to determine humanized care and its relationship with the prevention of pressure injuries in nursing professionals. Methodology: Quantitative research and a hypothetical-deductive, cross-sectional, correlational, applied and non-experimental method. Population: 52 nursing professionals in a hospital in Lima, 2023, will be taken into account. Observation will be used as a technique, two validated instruments with a reliability of 0.871 and 0.795 will be used as an instrument. The data obtained from the sample will be tabulated, with which it will be possible to make an Excel database that will be analyzed in the SPSS statistical program, which will provide descriptive results in tables and figures, and inferential results with the use of Spearman's Rho to test the study hypotheses and be able to establish the conclusions of the case.
