Stress and its relationship with job performance of nursing professionals in the general surgery department at Hipólito Unanue National Hospital, Lima 2021

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the relationship of stress in the work performance of the nursing professional of the General Surgery Service of the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital, Lima 2021. Material and method: This study has a quantitative meaning since this approach uses data collection through of surveys to demonstrate the hypothesis based on statistical analysis and numerical measurement to establish the effect of the pattern that proceeds on nursing workers.

Objetivo: Analizar la relación del estrés en el desempeño laboral del profesional de enfermería del Servicio de Cirugía General del Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue, Lima 2021. Material y método: Este estudio tiene un sentido cuantitativo puesto que este enfoque utiliza la recolección de datos a través de encuestas para demostrar la hipótesis basado en el análisis estadístico y medición numérica para fijar el efecto del patrón que procede en los trabajadores de enfermería.
