Social skills in the behavior of care in nursing professionals of the neonatology service during Covid -19.

Abstract

The present investigation was aimed at determining the relationship between basic social skills and the behavior of care provided in nursing professionals during Covid-19, of a descriptive, quantitative, correlational cross-sectional type, the sample consisted of 34 nursing graduates, the data was collected using the Social Skills Scale of the Care Provided Behavior Scale, for data analysis we will seek to know the normal distribution of the variable using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov goodness-of-fit test, in order to make decisions, in the use of parametric tests or non-parametric tests, at the same time demonstrate through cross tables the association of demographic aspects with the variable, and the contrast of the hypothesis using chi square.

La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar la relación de las habilidades sociales básicas y el comportamiento del cuidado otorgado en Enfermería durante el Covid-19, de tipo descriptivo, cuantitativo, correlacional de corte transversal, la muestra estuvo conformado por 34 licenciadas de enfermería, los datos fueron recogidos mediante la Escala de Habilidades Sociales de la Escala de Comportamiento del Cuidado Otorgado, para el análisis de datos se buscará conocer la distribución normal de la variable mediante la prueba de bondad de ajuste de Kolmogorov-Smirnov, con la finalidad de tomar decisiones, en la utilización de pruebas paramétricas o pruebas no paramétricas, al mismo tiempo demostrar mediante tablas cruzadas la asociación de los aspectos demográficos con la variable, y la contrastación de la hipótesis mediante chi cuadrado.
