Nursing care and safety of the surgical patient of Hospital II EsSalud Cajamarca, 2023

Abstract

This research aims to: Determine nursing care and its relationship with the safety of the surgical patient. The methodology: hypothetical deductive method, non-experimental design, quantitative approach, descriptive, applied, correlational, cross-sectional; The sample will consist of 17 nursing professionals from the surgical center service of Hospital II EsSalud Cajamarca, 2023, the instruments that will be used for the research work will be; a checklist and a questionnaire, which are already validated; Both instruments have a high level of reliability, 0.810 and 0.950. The information collection will take approximately 30 minutes for each participant. Tables and graphs will be used for analysis and interpretation. Likewise, to contract the hypothesis, the Spearman Test will be used as statistical estimation, with a confidence level of 95%, an error of 5%, which will be reflected in the contingency table of both variables.

Esta investigación tiene como Objetivo: Determinar el cuidado de enfermería y su relación con la seguridad del paciente quirúrgico. La metodología: método hipotético deductivo, diseño no experimental, de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, aplicada, correlacional, de corte transversal; la muestra estará constituida por 17 profesionales de enfermería del servicio de centro quirúrgico del Hospital II EsSalud Cajamarca, 2023, los instrumentos que se usarán para el trabajo de investigación serán; una lista de cotejo y un cuestionario, los cuales ya están validados; ambos instrumentos tienen un alto nivel de confiabilidad, de un 0.810 y 0.950, para la recolección de la información se tendrá una duración aproximada de 30 minutos, para cada participante, para el análisis e interpretación se harán uso de tablas, gráficos. Asimismo, para la contratación de la hipótesis, se utilizará cómo estimación estadística la Prueba de Spearman, con un nivel de confianza del 95%, un error del 5%, el cual será plasmado en la tabla de contingencia de ambas variables.
