Workload and quality of life of the nursing professional in the intensive care unit of a national hospital, Lima, 2024

Abstract

Objective: Determine how the workload is related to the quality of life in the nursing professional in the intensive care unit of the National Hospital, Lima, 2024. The Methodology: hypothetical deductive method, non-experimental design, quantitative approach, type applied descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional; The sample will consist of 65 nursing professionals who work in the ICU, the instruments that will be used for the research will be the INSHT questionnaire that will measure the workload with 58 items and the Likert scale questionnaire will measure the quality of life with 35 items. which are already validated; Both instruments have a high level of statistical reliability (0.83 and 0.95 in Cronbach's Alpha). Data collection will take approximately 15 to 25 minutes for each participant.

Objetivo: Determinar como la carga laboral se relaciona con la calidad de vida en el profesional de enfermería en la unidad de cuidados intensivos del Hospital Nacional, Lima, 2024. La Metodología: método hipotético deductivo, diseño no experimental, de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo aplicada, correlacional, de corte transversal; la muestra estará constituida por 65 profesionales de enfermería que labora en UCI, los instrumentos que se utilizarán para la investigación serán El cuestionario de INSHT que medirá la carga laboral de 58 ítems y el cuestionario escala de Likert medirá la calidad de vida de 35 ítems, los cuales ya están validados; ambos instrumentos tienen un alto nivel de confiabilidad (de 0.83 y 0.95 en el Alfa de Cronbach) estadística, para la recolección de la información se tendrá una duración aproximada de 15 a 25 minutos, para cada participante.
