Burnout syndrome and job satisfaction of the nursing staff of the emergency service of the Vitarte hospital-2020

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between Burnout Syndrome and Job Satisfaction of the nursing staff of the emergency service of the Vitarte Hospital - 2020 Material and method: The research responds to the deductive method with the quantitative approach, it is presented in a hierarchical way, so the Burnout Syndrome will be generalized, as well as the job satisfaction of the Nursing staff of the Emergency Service of the Vitarte Hospital, the population that constitutes it by the Nursing Staff of the Emergency Service of the Vitarte Hospital, which is 50 professionals, the survey technique was used and the instrument is the Likert scale, which describes the presentation, instructions and the questionnaire called the Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire assesses 3 dimensions or subscales: Exhaustion or emotional exhaustion subscale. Its content validity was made and it was submitted to expert judgment, reliability was found by applying Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient obtaining a value of 0.712 which indicated excellent reliability according to the classification in the Kuder Richarson table. Data processing was done using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25.0, and Excel for Windows 2016 was also used to empty the data according to a structured matrix as a database in relation to the measuring instrument.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre Síndrome de Burnout y Satisfacción Laboral del personal de enfermería del servicio de emergencia del Hospital Vitarte - 2020 Material y método: la investigación responde al método deductivo con el enfoque cuantitativo, se presenta de forma jerárquica, por lo que se va a generalizar el Síndrome de Burnout, así como la satisfacción laboral del personal de Enfermería del Servicio de emergencia del Hospital Vitarte, la población que lo constituye por el Personal de Enfermería del Servicio de Emergencia del Hospital Vitarte que viene a ser 50 profesionales, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento es la escala de Likert, la que describe la presentación, instrucciones y el cuestionario denominado cuestionario de Maslach Burnout Inventory valora 3 dimensiones o subescalas: Subescala de agotamiento o cansancio emocional., se hizo su validez de contenido y se sometió a juicio de expertos, se encontró confiabilidad aplicando el coeficiente de confiablidad alfa de crombach obteniendo un valor de 0,712 el que indicó excelente confiabilidad según la clasificación en la tabla de Kuder Richarson. El procesamiento de datos se hizo haciendo uso del paquete estadístico para las ciencias sociales (SPSS) versión 25.0, asimismo se hizo uso del Excel para Windows 2016 en el vaciado de datos de acuerdo a una matriz estructurada como base de datos en relación al instrumento de medición.
