Mobbing and quality of professional life of nursing of the emergency service of an EsSalud hospital, Lima - 2023

Abstract

Mobbing has been present for many years ago according some researches. The objective of this research is determining the relationship between mobbing and the quality of professional nursing life in the emergency service at ESSALUD hospital, Lima-2023. Methodology: hypothetical - deductive method, quantitative approach, applied type with a correlational non-experimental design. Population: a sample consisting of 108 nursing graduates will be used. Technique and Instruments: the survey technique and two questionnaires Lipt-60 (mobbing) and CVP-35 (quality of professional life) will be used to collect the information, it will last approximately 25 minutes for each participant. Analysis and interpretation: tables and graphs will be used. Also, to contract the hypothesis the Spearman Test will be used as a statistical estimate, with a confidence level of 95%, an error of 5%, which will be reflected in the contingency table of both variables.

El mobbing ha estado presente desde muchos años atrás según estudios. Esta investigación tiene como Objetivo: determinar la relación entre el mobbing y la calidad de vida profesional de enfermería del servicio de emergencias en un hospital de ESSALUD, Lima-2023. Metodología: método hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada con un diseño no experimental correlacional. Población: se utilizará una muestra constituida por 108 licenciados en enfermería. Técnica e Instrumentos: para la recolección de la información se utilizará la técnica de la encuesta y dos cuestionarios Lipt-60 (mobbing) y CVP-35 (calidad de vida profesional), tendrá una duración aproximada de 25 minutos para cada participante. Análisis e interpretación: se harán uso de tablas, gráficos. Asimismo, para la contratación de la hipótesis, se utilizará cómo estimación estadística la Prueba de Spearman, con un nivel de confianza del 95%, un error del 5%, el cual será plasmado en la tabla de contingencia de ambas variables.
