Family functioning and attitudes toward gender violence in users of the program oriented to the reduction of violence at the Señor de los Milagros health center 2023

Abstract

This project's main objective is to establish the relationship that exists between family functioning and attitudes towards gender violence of the users of the Violence Reduction Program, at the "Señor de los Milagros Health Center." As a methodology, the deductive and quantitative approach has been chosen, in addition the design is nonexperimental, observational, correlational and cross-sectional in scope. The population is the users who attend the Violence Reduction Program, however, the sample will be census: 80 users of the Program Oriented to the Reduction of Violence, the data collection will be carried out in person, with the following instrument ; Two already validated and processed surveys will be used so that it is reliable to replicate in our research, the first instrument is the "Family Functioning Evaluation Scale" (FACES III) and the other survey is the Attitudes Towards Gender Violence Scale. The first instrument reaches a high level of reliability through a Cronbach's alpha of 0.886, while the second also has a high level of confidence since it has a Cronbach's alpha of 0.91. Once the data is available, it will be processed, and in this way it will be possible to verify the hypothesis or not and meet the objectives proposed in this work.

Este proyecto tiene como principal objetivo establecer la relación que existe entre el funcionamiento familiar y actitudes hacia la violencia de género de las usuarias del Programa de Reducción de Violencia, en el “Centro de Salud Señor de los Milagros“. Como metodología, se ha optado por el enfoque deductivo y cuantitativo, además el diseño es no experimental, observacional, alcance correlacional y de corte transversal. La población son las usuarias que asisten al Programa de Reducción de Violencia, sin embargo, la muestra será censal: 80 usuarias del Programa Orientado a la Reducción de Violencia, la recolección de datos se realizar de forma presencial, con el instrumento siguiente; se usará dos encuestas ya validadas y procesadas para que sea confiable de replicar en nuestra investigación, el primer instrumento es la “Escala de evaluación del funcionamiento familiar“ (FACES III) y la otra encuesta es la Escala de actitudes hacia la violencia de género, el primer instrumento alcanza un nivel alto de confiabilidad mediante un alfa de cronbach de 0,886, mientras el segundo también su nivel de confianza es alta ya que tiene 0,91 de Alfa de Cronbach. Una vez que se tenga los datos, éstas serán procesadas, y de esta forma de podrá o no comprobar la hipótesis y cumplir con los objetivos propuesto en este trabajo.
