Family functionality and adherence to treatment in patients with TB in a health center in Central Lima-2023

Abstract

The present investigation will be carried out with the objective of "Determining the relationship between family functionality and adherence to treatment in patients with tuberculosis at a Health Center in Central Lima, 2023". Method: it is a quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional study, likewise, the population will be composed of 80 patients receiving tuberculosis treatment; The data collection instruments will be the Family Apgar for the variable "family functionality" and the Morisky-Green to evaluate the variable "Adherence to treatment", both instruments have reliability and validity, the data will be processed in the statistical software SPSS V 27 and Spearman's Rho was used to measure the correlation between the variables raised, thus responding to the proposed hypothesis.

La presente investigación se realizará con el objetivo de “Determinar la relación la funcionalidad familiar y la adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes con tuberculosis de un Centro de Salud de Lima Centro, 2023”. Método: es un estudio cuantitativo, correlacional y de corte transversal, asimismo, la población estará compuesta por 80 pacientes que reciben tratamiento de tuberculosis, ; los instrumentos de recolección de datos serán el Apgar Familiar para la variable “funcionalidad familiar” y el Morisky-Green para evaluar a variable “Adherencia al tratamiento”, ambos instrumentos cuentan con confiabilidad y validez, los datos serán procesados en el software estadístico SPSS V. 27 y se utilizara el Rho de Spearman para medir la correlación entre las variables planteadas respondiendo de esa forma la hipótesis propuesta
