Risk factors and self-care in pregnant women with preeclampsia in the emergency department of the Luis Negreiros Vega Hospital, Callao, 2022

Abstract

Risk factors and self-care in pregnant women with preeclampsia at the Luis Negreiros Vega Hospital, Callao, 2022. Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between risk factors and self-care in pregnant women with preeclampsia in the emergency service of the Luis Negreiros Vega Hospital, Callao. . Methodology: It is a study with a quantitative approach, basic type, correlational level; non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample will consist of 60 pregnant women who make up the population. Information will be collected through a questionnaire already validated by health organizations. Likewise, the inclusion criteria will be mothers who agree to participate in the study; pregnant women from the emergency service who present preeclampsia; The exclusion criteria will be mothers who do not wish to participate in the study; emergency service pregnant women without preeclampsia problems. The study technique will be the survey and the instrument will be the questionnaire. The instrument of the first variable belongs to the Latin American Center for Perinatology / Women's and Reproductive Health with a high reliability of 0.750 Cronbach's Alpha and, the instrument of the second variable belongs to Guzmán and Pérez with a high reliability of 0.805 Cronbach's Alpha and, they comply with all ethical aspects.

Factores de riesgo y autocuidado en gestantes con preeclampsia en el Hospital Luis Negreiros Vega, Callao, 2022. Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre los factores de riesgo y el autocuidado en gestantes con preeclampsia del servicio de emergencia del Hospital Luis Negreiros Vega, Callao. Metodología: Es un estudio con enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica, nivel correlacional; diseño no experimental de tipo transversal. La muestra estará constituida por 60 gestantes que conforman la población información será recolectada mediante un cuestionario ya validado por organizaciones de salud. Asimismo, los criterios de inclusión serán las madres que acepten participar en el estudio; gestantes del servicio de emergencia que presenten preeclamsia; los criterios de exclusión serán las madres que no deseen participar en el estudio; gestantes de servicio de emergencia sin problemas de preeclampsia. La técnica del estudio será la encuesta y, el instrumento será el cuestionario. El instrumento de la primera variable pertenece al Centro Latinoamericano de Perinatología / Salud de la Mujer y Reproductiva con una confiabilidad alta de 0,750 Alfa de Cronbach y, el instrumento de la segunda variable pertenece a Guzmán y Pérez con una confiabilidad alta de 0,805 Alfa de Cronbach y, cumplen con todos los aspectos éticos.
