Level of knowledge about the safe surgery checklist and its relationship in the application by the Nursing professional of the surgical center of the hospital national Lima 2023

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about the safe surgery checklist and its relationship in the application by the nursing professional of the surgical center. Regarding the methodology, the research is of a descriptive correlational type, and the data will be collected individually from each of the 90 nursing professionals at the Surgical Center. As research instruments, a questionnaire will be used to measure knowledge about the Safe Surgery Checklist, and a survey to collect information about the application of the List. The data will be tabulated and graphed in Excel, and frequency and percentage measures will be used, as well as Pearson's linear correlation test to contract the study hypotheses. and/or graphs and appropriate ethical conduct will be maintained throughout the research process.

El objetivo de este estudio es determinar cuál es la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimiento sobre la lista de verificación de cirugía segura y su relación en la aplicación por el profesional de enfermería del centro quirúrgico. En cuanto a la metodología, la investigación es de tipo descriptivo correlacional, y los datos serán recolectados en forma individual de cada una de las 90 profesionales de enfermería del Centro Quirúrgico. Como instrumentos de investigación, se empleará un cuestionario para la medición del conocimiento sobre la Lista de Verificación de Cirugía Segura, y una encuesta para recoger información acerca de la aplicación de la Lista. Los datos se tabularán y se graficarán en Excel, y se utilizara medidas de frecuencias y porcentajes, así como la prueba de correlación lineal de Pearson para la contratación de las hipótesis de estudio
