| dc.description.abstract | Objective: To analyze the relationship between occupational stress during the COVID-19 pandemic and nursing staff care in the mental health services of Edgardo Rebagliati Hospital, Lima 2021. Materials and Methods: This research has a quantitative approach, as it uses data collection to demonstrate the hypothesis, supported by statistical analysis and the analysis of the qualities or attributes described to determine the results of behavior models in a population. The final result of the relationship of occupational stress, in general, shows that 38% indicates a moderate level, 33% shows a low level, and 29% indicates a high level. In the nursing care variable, 33% is rated poor, 26% is excellent, 23% is good, and 18% is moderate. The relationship between occupational stress during the COVID-19 pandemic and nursing staff care shows a positive correlation of 66%. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Objetivo: Analizar la relación entre el estrés laboral durante la pandemia del Covid 19 con la atención del personal de enfermería en los servicios de salud mental del Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati, Lima 2021. Material y método: Esta investigación tiene enfoque cuantitativo, porque se utiliza la recolección de datos para hacer la demostración de la hipótesis sustentado en el análisis estadístico y el análisis de las cualidades o atributos descritos para determinar los resultados de los modelos de conducta en una población. Un resultado final de la relación del estrés laboral de forma global donde el 38% nos muestra que es regular, el 33% indica que es bajo y el 29% es alto. En la variable Atención de enfermería en forma global, el 33% es malo, el 26% es excelente, el 23% es bueno y el 18% es regular. La relación del estrés laboral durante la pandemia del Covid 19 con la atención del personal de enfermería donde se relacionan positivamente en 66%. | es_ES |
