Perception of nursing care and satisfaction with the vaccination process in a vaccination center in Lima, March 2022

Abstract

Objective: Determine the relationship between the perception of nursing care and satisfaction with the vaccination process in a vaccination center in Lima, March 2022. Material and methods: applied study, from a correlational, descriptive scope, a non-experimental-cross-sectional design. Sample: The study took into account a finite population, since the population is made up of 49,187 users where a sample of 381 people who attend to be vaccinated will be obtained. The technique used was the survey for both variables and the first instrument was “Perception of behaviors of humanized nursing care PCHE 3rd version” adapted by Oscar González H in 2014 and modified by the author and the user satisfaction instrument carried out. in the first instance by Ms. Apolinar Hernández in 2004 and modified by the author. Result: It was identified that 218 users have an excellent perception of the user, which represents 57.2%, of which 52% are very satisfied with the service received. Finally, using the chi square test p=0.000 <α=0.05=0.000<𝛼���=0.05 it was found that there is a significant relationship between the perception of nursing care and user satisfaction in a vaccination center in Lima.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la percepción del cuidado de enfermería y la satisfacción sobre el proceso de vacunación en un vacunatorio de Lima, Marzo 2022. Material y métodos: estudio aplicado, desde un alcance correlacional, descriptivo, un diseño no experimental-transversal. Muestra: En el estudio se tuvo en cuenta una población finita, ya que la población está constituida por 49187 usuarios donde se obtendrá una muestra de 381 personas que asisten a vacunarse. La técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta para ambas variables y el primer instrumento fue “Percepción de comportamientos del cuidado humanizado de enfermería PCHE 3ª versión” adaptado por Oscar González H en el 2014 y modificado por la autora y el instrumento de Satisfacción del usuario realizada en primera instancia por la Lic. Apolinar Hernández en el 2004 y modificado por la autora. Resultado: Se identificó que 218 usuarios tienen una excelente percepción del usuario que representa un 57.2%, de los cuales el 52% se encuentra muy satisfecho por la atención recibida. Por último, mediante la prueba chi cuadrado p=0.000 <α=0.05=0.000<𝛼���=0.05 se encontró que existe relación significativa entre la percepción del cuidado de enfermería y la satisfacción del usuario en un vacunatorio de Lima.
