Stress and workload in the vaccination brigades of the Directorate of Integrated Health Networks in Lima Norte - 2023

Abstract

Introduction :The present study will help to see how the mental health of the nursing staff is, in this case the vaccination brigades of the Diris Lima Norte through the measurement of work stress and workload, stress in recent times has been increasing and post pandemic left hard work and a great burden for the vaccination staff, receiving great pressure and a series of drastic changes for the staff, thus affecting their psychology, health and well-being, which is why it was necessary to carry out this research that It is so important and is part of the history of immunizations on a large scale. Objective: Determine the relationship between stress and workload in the vaccination brigades of the DIRIS Lima Norte 2023. Methods: It is hypothetical deductive with a nonexperimental and transversal design, it will be carried out with 80 health professionals, including nursing graduates and nursing technicians who are part of the vaccination brigades of Diris Lima Norte. The variables that will be studied are stress and burden. work, in which it will be carried out with the application of a survey where the two measurement instruments are developed, which is the nursing stress scale and the workload scale. For this, the analysis test will be the Pearson correlation coefficient. and Spearman's Rho test is in relation to the statistical part.

El presente estudio ayudara a poder ver como se encuentra la salud mental del personal de enfermería en este caso las brigadas de vacunación de la Dirección de Redes Integradas de Salud (DIRIS) Lima Norte a través de la medición del estrés laboral y la carga laboral, el estrés en los últimos tiempos se ha ido incrementando y post pandemia dejo una ardua labor y una gran carga para el personal de vacunación. Determinar la relación entre estrés y carga laboral en las brigadas de vacunación de la DIRIS Lima Norte 2023.Es hipotético deductivo de diseño no experimental y transversal se realizara con 80 profesionales de la salud entre licenciados de enfermería y técnicos de enfermería que forman parte de las brigadas de vacunación de la Diris Lima Norte las variables que se estudiaran es el estrés y la carga laboral ,en el cual se llevara a cabo con la aplicación de una encuesta donde esta desarrollada los dos instrumentos de medición que es la escala de estrés de enfermería y la escala de carga laboral para ello la prueba de análisis será el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson y la prueba de Rho de Spearman es en relación a la parte estadística.
