Level of knowledge and practice of biosecurity measures in the central sterilization in a private clinic in Lima, 2023

Abstract

The objective of this study is to "Determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and practice of biosafety measures in the sterilization center in a private clinic Lima, 2023", the research approach is quantitative, correlational level scope, cross-sectional , nonexperimental design; The sample will be made up of 30 nurses, the technique used was the instrument, two questionnaires will be used for the level of knowledge variable with 21 questions, where a reliability of 0.63272 was obtained and the second variable of biosafety measures of 0.994 with 14 items; according to Cronbach's Alpha method in both instruments. These instruments have already been validated by expert judgments in other studies.

Determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y practica de medidas de bioseguridad en la central de esterilización en una clínica privada Lima, 2023”, el enfoque de la investigación es cuantitativo, alcance de nivel correlacional, corte transversal, de diseño no experimental; la muestra se conformara por 30 enfermeras, la técnica utilizada fue el instrumento, se utilizaran dos cuestionarios para la variable nivel de conocimientos con 21 preguntas , donde se obtuvo una confiabilidad de 0.63272 y la segunda variable de medidas de bioseguridad de 0.994 con 14 ítems; según el método Alfa de Cronbach en ambos instrumentos. Estos instrumentos ya fueron validados por juicios de expertos en otros estudios.
