Its purpose is to determine how administrative management is associated with the quality of the service at the research site, using a quantitative method with an observational design in addition to having the contribution of information from a sample of 104 users, this through the application of a questionnaire and a checklist called Servqual, these instruments presented high reliability with 0.908 and 0.924 reliability through a Cronbach's Alpha. On the other hand, the data collection will take place in approximately two months, which will be processed by programs such as Excel and Word, and will also be statistically analyzed by the Spss 25.0 program. Likewise, the statistical procedure is divided into two phases: the descriptive phase. and the inferential, the first being presented in bar graphs and contingency tables and in the inferential case it is developed using the Spearman test to verify the hypotheses.
Resumen
Tiene el propósito de determinar como la gestión administrativa se asocia con la calidad del servicio en el lugar de investigación, mediante un método cuantitativo con un diseño observacional además de contar con el aporte de información de una muestra de 104 usuarios, esto a través de la aplicación de un cuestionario y una ficha de cotejo denominado Servqual, dichos instrumentos presentaron una confiabilidad alta con un 0.908 y 0.924 de la confiabilidad a través de un Alfa de Cronbach. Por otro lado, la recolección de los datos se desarrollará en un aproximado de dos meses, lo cual será procesado por programas como el Excel y el Word además analizado estadísticamente por el programa Spss 25.0, asimismo el procedimiento estadístico se divide en dos fases la descriptiva y la inferencial, siendo el primero presentado en gráficos de barras y tablas de contingencia y en el caso inferencial se desarrolla mediante la prueba de Spearman para la comprobación de las hipótesis.
