Resumen
The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction in the nursing staff of the Surgical Center of a Hospital in Lima, 2022. The approach to be used is the quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional design. The population will consist of 18 nurses who work in the surgical center of a Hospital in Lima. The technique will be the survey and the instrument will be the questionnaire, one to measure burnout and another for job satisfaction.
Resumen
El presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre burnout y satisfacción laboral en el personal de enfermería de Centro Quirúrgico de un Hospital de Lima, 2022. El enfoque a utilizar es el cuantitativo, diseño correlacional y transversal. La población estará constituida por 18 enfermeras que laboran en el centro quirúrgico de un Hospital de Lima. La técnica será la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario, uno para medir burnout y otro para la satisfacción laboral.
