Burnout syndrome and the resilience of nurses from the intensive care unit of a private clinic in San Borja, 2023

Abstract

Objective: To identify the relationship between the Burnout Syndrome and the Resilience of nurses from the intensive care unit of a Private Clinic in San Borja. Methodology: The research method will correspond to the hypothetical deductive method, the type of research will be applied, the proposed approach will correspond to the quantitative, regarding the design it will be the non-experimental, observational, and correlational level, in terms of the cut it will correspond to the transversal. Population and Sample: The population addressed will correspond to 118 nurses, the sample will be determined by random probabilistic sampling, which will be made up of 91 nurses. Technique and Instruments: The technique to be applied will be the survey and the instruments to be administered will correspond to the Maslach Burnout Scales, which have a reliability of Cronbach's Alpha 0.86, and the ConnorDavidson Resilience Scale, with an equivalent Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.89. Data processing and analysis: The data collection will be organized in an Excel matrix, later they will be transferred to the SSPS program, where non-inferential parametric statistics will be applied through the Chi Square statistical test to test the hypotheses.

Objetivo: Identificar la relación entre el Síndrome de Burnout y la Resiliencia en enfermeros de la unidad de cuidados intensivos de una Clínica Particular de San Borja. Metodología: El método de la investigación corresponderá al método hipotético deductivo, el tipo de investigación será aplicada, el enfoque propuesto corresponderá al cuantitativo, respecto del diseño será el no experimental, observacional, y de nivel correlacional, en cuanto al corte corresponderá al transversal. Población y Muestra: La población abordada corresponderá a 118 enfermeros, la muestra será determinada mediante el muestreo probabilístico aleatorio, la que se encontrará conformada por 91 enfermeros. Técnica e Instrumentos: La técnica a aplicarse será la encuesta y los instrumentos por administrarse corresponderán a las Escalas de Maslach Burnout que tiene una confiabilidad de Alfa de Cronbach 0.86 y el de Resiliencia de Connor-Davidson, con una confiabilidad de Alfa de Cronbach equivalente 0.89. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: La recolección de datos será organizada en una matriz de Excel, posteriormente serán trasladados al programa de SSPS, donde se aplicará estadística paramétrica no inferencial por medio de la prueba de estadística de Chi Cuadrado para comprobar las hipótesis.
