Organizational climate and its relationship with the commitment of the nursing staff of the central sterilization service of the hospital la Caleta de Chimbote, Peru 2021

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between the organizational climate and organizational commitment in the nursing staff of the sterilization center service of the La Caleta de Chimbote hospital, 2021. Material and method: This research has a quantitative, hypothetical, deductive approach. and correlational; A non-experimental cross-sectional design will be applied. The study population will be made up of 18 nurses and 12 nursing technicians. The data collection technique will be the survey and two instruments will be applied to measure the variables of organizational climate and organizational commitment respectively, to which their validity and reliability were determined.

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la relación entre el clima organizacional y el compromiso organizacional en el personal de enfermería del servicio de la central de esterilización del hospital la Caleta de Chimbote, 2021. Material y método: Esta investigación tiene enfoque cuantitativo, hipotético deductivo y correlacional; se aplicará un diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La población del estudio estará conformada por 18 enfermeros y 12 técnicos de enfermería. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta y se aplicarán dos instrumentos para medir las variables de clima organización y compromiso organización respectivamente, a los cuales se determinaron su validez y confiabilidad.
