Working conditions and job satisfaction of nursing staff, in a level IV hospital, Lima, 2022

Abstract

The present work is carried out with the objective of "Determining the relationship between working conditions and job satisfaction of nursing staff", the population will be made up of 90 nurses from the emergency service of the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen Hospital, the sample taken will be the total population that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The type of research will be applied, through the hypothetical deductive method, with a quantitative approach, the design will be observational, descriptive, correlational, prospective and cross-sectional. The instrument to evaluate the variable "working conditions" will be the Berrospi F. questionnaire, called "Inventory of work evaluation in nursing staff" reliable through Cronbach's Alpha with a result of 0.868, and to evaluate the job satisfaction variable, will use the Peceros J. questionnaire called "" job satisfaction" reliable through Cronbach's Alpha of α=0.836. The data collection technique will be the survey and the data processing will be carried out through statistical analysis through parametric statistical tests (Pearson's correlation) or non-parametric tests (Spearman's Rho correlation).

El presente trabajo se realiza con el objetivo de “Determinar la relación existente entre las condiciones de trabajo y la satisfacción laboral del personal de enfermería”, la población estará constituida por 90 enfermeras del servicio de emergencia del Hospital Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen, la muestra tomada será el total de la población que cumplan con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. El tipo de investigación será aplicada, mediante el método hipotético deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño será observacional, descriptivo, correlacional, prospectivo y transversal. El instrumento para evaluar la variable “condiciones de trabajo” será el cuestionario de Berrospi F, llamado “Inventario de evaluación de trabajo en el personal de enfermería” confiable mediante Alfa de Cronbach con resultado de 0.868, y para evaluar la variable satisfacción laboral se usará el cuestionario de Peceros J. llamado “” la satisfacción laboral” confiable mediante Alfa de Cronbach de α=0.836. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta y el procesamiento de datos se llevará a cabo mediante el análisis estadístico a través de pruebas estadísticas paramétricas (Correlación de pearson) o no paramétricas (Correlación Rho de Spearman).
