| dc.description.abstract | The present investigation on Factors associated with work absenteeism of the pediatric and neonatal intensive care nursing professional was carried out in a Hospital of the Ministry of Health, with the objective of determining the factors associated with the work absenteeism of the pediatric and neonatal intensive care nursing professional in a Ministry of Health Hospital, having a crosssectional, prospective, descriptive, quantitative approach methodology. Applying a non-experimental design with a sample of 46 nursing professionals, having a probabilistic sampling; using the survey technique, having as an instrument the questionnaire on absenteeism and determining factors, having an extension of 21 items; resulting in the existence of factors related to absenteeism, being the individual factors where the causes of health, personal, family and geographical distance and with respect to organizational factors economic benefits, work overload, emotional exhaustion and facilities for change are the roles, both are related to absenteeism. In turn, it is evident with the present study that justified absenteeism has an incidence of 85% versus unjustified absenteeism, which has 15%, generating the following conclusions, there are factors associated with the nursing professional's absenteeism, determining them as individual factors and factors organizational. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación sobre Factores asociados al absentismo laboral del profesional de enfermería de cuidados intensivos pediátricos y neonatales fue realizado en una Hospital del Ministerio de salud, teniendo como objetivo de Determinar los factores asociados al absentismo laboral del profesional de enfermería de cuidados intensivos pediátricos y neonatales en un Hospital de Ministerio de Salud, teniendo una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo prospectiva de corte transversal. Aplicando un diseño no experimental con una muestra de 46 profesionales de enfermería, teniendo un muestreo probabilístico; utilizando la técnica la encuesta, teniendo como instrumento el cuestionario de ausentismo laboral y factores determinantes, teniendo una extensión de 21 ítems; teniendo como resultado la existencia de factores relacionados al absentismo laboral, siendo los factores individuales en donde las causas de salud, personales, familiares y la distancia geográfica y con respecto a los factores organizacionales los beneficios económicos, sobrecarga laboral, agotamiento emocional y facilidades de cambio son los roles, ambos tienen relación con en el absentismo laboral. A su vez se evidencia con el presente estudio que el absentismo justificado tiene una incidencia de 85% versus el ausentismo injustificado el cual tiene un 15%, generando las siguientes conclusiones existen factores asociados al absentismo laboral del profesional de enfermería determinándolos como factores individuales y factores organizacionales. | es_ES |
