| dc.description.abstract | The following research titled "Emotional intelligence and teaching performance at the School of Nursing, Norbert Wiener University, during virtual learning, 2022" had the objective of determining the relationship between emotional intelligence and teaching performance at the School of Nursing, Norbert Wiener University, during virtual learning. Research Methodology: The research method is hypothetical-deductive with a quantitative approach, basic type, and a non-experimental design at the correlational level with a cross-sectional cut. The sample population consisted of 42 university professors, of which 7 were full-time faculty and 35 were part-time faculty. The data collection technique was the survey for both variables. Results: Emotional intelligence and teaching performance at the School of Nursing, Norbert Wiener University, have a direct relationship, with a Spearman correlation result of 0.449, representing a moderate correlation with a significance of p=0.003, which is less than 0.05. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Objetivo: Determinar la relación existente entre la inteligencia emocional y el desempeño docente de la escuela de enfermería, Universidad Norbert Wiener, en tiempos de virtualidad. Metodología de la investigación: el método de investigación es el hipotético deductivo de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica y de diseño no experiméntela de nivel correlacional y de corte transversal. La población muestral estuvo conformada por 42 docentes universitarios de los cuales 7 fueron docentes a tiempo completo y 35 fueron docentes a tiempo parcial. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta para ambas variables. Resultados: la inteligencia emocional y el desempeño docente de la escuela de enfermería, Universidad Norbert Wiener tiene una relación directa con un resultado según correlación de Spearman de 0.449 representando una correlación moderada con una significación de p=0.003 siendo menor que el 0.05. | es_ES |
