Level of physical activity and nutritional status of the patients of the club for the elderly of the Chancay Hospital, Chancay - 2021

Abstract

Objective: determine the relationship to determine the level of physical activity and nutritional status of older adults from the Chancay Hospital club, 2021. Methodology: quantitative approach, cross-sectional and descriptive design. The population will be made up of 100 older adults who are part of the older adult club of the Chancay Hospital. The probabilistic sample will be made up of 50 older adults. Data collection techniques and instruments: The survey technique will be used for the two variables under study. Physical activity will be evaluated using the IPAQ, with a Crombach's Alpha 0.901 and validated through expert judgment. Nutritional status will be evaluated using the Mini Nutritional Assessment (MNN), with a Crombach's Alpha of 0.729 and validated in the national context.

Objetivo: determinar la relación determinar nivel de actividad física y estado nutricional de los adultos mayores del club del Hospital de Chancay, 2021. Metodología: enfoque cuantitativo, diseño transversal y descriptivo. La población estará compuesta por 100 adultos mayores que forman parte del club adulto mayor del Hospital de Chancay. La muestra probabilística estará conformada por 50 adultos mayores. Técnicas e Instrumentos de recolección de datos: Se hará uso de la técnica de la encuesta para las dos variables en estudio. La actividad física será evaluada mediante el IPAQ, con un Alpha de crombach 0,901 y validada mediante juicio de expertos. El estado nutricional será evaluado mediante el Mini Nutritional Assessment (MNN), con un Alpha de crombach de 0,729 y validado en el contexto nacional.
