Knowledge about Jean Watson's humanized care of the nursing professional and its relationship in the care of patients hospitalized for surgical and traumatological cases in the surgery service of the II Pasco hospital – Essalud 2022

Abstract

Objective: Determine the level of knowledge about humanized care of Jean Watson of the nursing professional in the surgery service of Hospital II Pasco – EsSalud 2022. Material and Method: The hypothetical-deductive method will be used to confirm or reject the proposed hypothesis. Cross-sectional, which allows us to observe the phenomenon under study in a single moment. With a quantitative approach, the data will be collected systematically and numerical measurement and statistical analysis will be carried out that will allow the hypothesis to be verified and conclusions to be proposed. It will be descriptive, it will allow us to specify the characteristics of the observed phenomenon without influencing them. It delves into the causality of the event. We will answer the question How? Where? When? That? Who?

Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre cuidado humanizado de Jean Watson del profesional de enfermería el servicio de cirugía del Hospital II Pasco – EsSalud 2022. Material y Método: Se utilizará el método hipotético-deductivo que permite confirmar o rechazar la hipótesis planteada. De corte transversal lo que nos permite observar el fenómeno en estudio en solo momento. De enfoque cuantitativo los datos se recolectarán en forma sistemática y se efectuará la medición numérica y el análisis estadístico que permitirá comprobar la hipótesis planteada y proponer las conclusiones. Será es descriptiva, nos permitirá especificar las características del fenómeno observado sin influir en ellas. Se profundiza en la causalidad del evento. Responderemos a la pregunta ¿Cómo? ¿Dónde? ¿Cuándo? ¿Qué? ¿Quién?
