Nursing intervention and satisfaction of the post-prostate surgery patient (APTV), San Felipe de Chosica Specialized Medical Center, 2023

Abstract

Objective: To determine how nursing intervention is related to postoperative patient satisfaction with Transvesical Prostatic Adenomectomy (PTTA). Materials and methods: quantitative research of non-experimental correlational scope, framed in the hypothetical deductive method of applied type. The population will consist of 85 post-operative prostate patients (APTV) at the San Felipe de Chosica 2023 Specialized Medical Center. The sample will be census-based because it is a small and manageable population, inclusion and exclusion criteria will be applied. The technique to be used will be the survey, 2 instruments validated in previous national studies will be applied, this information will respond to the hypotheses raised, analysis will be applied through descriptive and inferential statistics, the hypotheses will be contrasted with the RHO test of Spermam, Throughout the research conduct will be maintained in accordance with ethical principles.

Objetivo: Determinar como la intervención de enfermería se relaciona con la satisfacción del paciente postoperado de próstata (Adenomectomia prostática Transvesical (APTV). Materiales y métodos: una investigación cuantitativa de alcance correlacional no experimental, enmarcada en el método hipotético deductivo de tipo aplicada. La población estará constituida por 85 pacientes postoperados de próstata (APTV) en el Centro Médico Especializado San Felipe de Chosica 2023. La muestra será censal por ser una población pequeña y manejable se aplicarán criterios de inclusión y exclusión. La técnica a utilizar será la encuesta, se aplicará 2 instrumentos validados en estudios previos nacionales, esta información dará respuesta a las hipótesis planteadas se aplicarán análisis a través de la estadística descriptiva e inferencial, las hipótesis se contrastarán con la prueba RHO de Spermam, Durante toda la investigación se mantendrá una conducta de investigación apegada a los principios éticos
