Quality of nursing care and its relationship with the level of user satisfaction in the ozone therapy clinic of San Martín de Porres, Lima, 2023

Abstract

Objective: “Analyze the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the level of satisfaction of users of the Ozone Therapy clinic of San Martin de Porres Lima 2023.” Methodology: It is framed in the hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach, non-experimental design, applied type and correlational-descriptive-observational scope. The population was 60 users who went to the Ozone Therapy clinic of San Martin de Porres Lima and made up the sample. Results: In the interpersonal dimension with satisfaction there is a good level of 75%, it is related to 77%. In the technical-scientific dimension with satisfaction there is a good level, it is related to 73%. In the environmental dimension there is a good level of 78%, it is related at 77%. In the attitudinal perception dimension, there is a high level of 75%, it is related at 71.7%. In the operational perception dimension, there is a high level of 75%, it is related at 71.7%. It is concluded that there is a significant relationship in Spearman's Rho of 0.740, which is sufficient to affirm that there is quality of nursing care with the level of satisfaction of the users of the Ozone Therapy clinic of San Martín de Porres Lima 2023.

Objetivo: Analizar la relación de la calidad de atención de enfermería con el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios del consultorio de Ozonoterapia de San Martin de Porres Lima 2023”. Metodología: Se enmarca en el método hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, de tipo aplicada y de alcance correlacional-descriptivo-observacional. La población fue de 60 usuarios que acuden al consultorio de Ozonoterapia de San Martin de Porres Lima y conformó la muestra. Resultados: Se concluye que existe una relación significativa en Rho de Spearman de 0.740 que es suficientemente para afirmar que existe calidad de atención de enfermería con el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios del consultorio de Ozonoterapia de San Martín de Porres Lima 2023.
