Nursing care and its relationship with the satisfaction of hypertense adults who attend the emergency service of hospital Maria Auxiliadora, Lima 2023

Abstract

Objective: To determine how nursing care is related to the satisfaction of the hypertensive adult Methodology: The method will be hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental correlational cross-sectional design. The population will be made up of 137 nurses from the emergency hospital object of study, in this investigation the entire population will be taken, transforming it into a census sample. For data collection, two instruments will be used, the PCH Questionnaire and the CARE Q. These instruments are standardized, however they have validity and reliability in a 2020 Peruvian study, on the other hand, once the information is collected, the data will be processed in the program SPSS V26 statistic, frequency tables, tables and/or graphs will be obtained; In addition, the hypotheses will be contrasted with Spearman's Rho Statistical Correlation Test, having a significance level of p < 0.05.

Objetivo: Describir la percepción del cuidado enfermero y su relación con la satisfacción del adulto hipertenso que acude al servicio de emergencia del hospital María Auxiliadora lima 2023. Material y método: La investigación responde al método hipotético, deductivo, tiene enfoque cuantitativo, la población que lo constituye hacen un total de 137 usuarios con relación enfermero, paciente hipertenso que ingresan al servicio de emergencia del hospital María Auxiliadora de esto se obtuvo una muestra de 137, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento es la escala de Likert, la que describe la presentación, instrucciones, y el cuestionario denominado percepción del cuidado humanizado de enfermería, se hizo su validez de contenido y se sometió a juicio de expertos, se encontró confiabilidad aplicando el coeficiente de confiablidad alfa de crombach obteniendo un valor de 0,88 el que indicó excelente confiabilidad, asimismo se hizo uso del Excel para Windows 2016 en el vaciado de datos de acuerdo a una matriz estructurada como base de datos en relación al instrumento de medición.
