| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between happiness at work and job performance of teachers in a private university, Lima - 2023. This is a nonexperimental, applied, correlational-cross-sectional research design developed under a quantitative approach and using the hypothetico-deductive method. The data collection will be carried out by means of the survey technique, duly instrumented through the application of two (02) questionnaires that will measure each of the study variables: happiness at work and work performance. These instruments will be applied to a population sample of 100 teachers from a private university located in the city of Lima. It should be noted that these questionnaires have been validated by the expert judgment method and the reliability index of both instruments supports their applicability (1= 0.720; 2= 0.855). The application modality of the instruments will be virtual, and descriptive statistics will be used for the presentation of results and inferential statistics for the purpose of contrasting the hypotheses proposed. The present research follows the guidelines of the "Guide for the elaboration of the thesis - Quantitative approach" of the Norbert Wiener Private University. All sources consulted are cited and referenced according to Vancouver style. The study participants are anonymous and their data are confidential. | en_US |
