Resilience in patients with chronic kidney disease who attend a specialized center for nephro continent hemodialysis- Comas-2019.

Abstract

Objective: Determine the level of resilience in patients with chronic kidney disease who attend a specialized hemodialysis center Nefro continental-Comas - 2019. Material and method: The approach of the study was quantitative, non-experimental design, descriptive and cross-sectional. The sample was made up of 64 participants with CKD based on pre-established inclusion and exclusion criteria, to whom the Wagnild and Young Scale instrument was applied. Results: Of 23 patients representing (36%) obtained a high level of resilience, 18 patients representing (28%) obtained a medium level of resilience and of 23 patients representing (36%) obtained a low level of resilience. Conclusion: A high-low level of resilience predominated followed by the medium level. With respect to the sociodemographic data regarding age, the results showed that patients over 60 years of age followed by a predominance of males. Therefore, relevant results were obtained regarding the treatment time of older patients. of 2 years.

Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de resiliencia en pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica que asisten a un centro especializado de hemodiálisis Nefro continente-Comas – 2019.Material y método: El enfoque del estudio fue cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, tipo descriptivo y de corte trasversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 64 participantes con ERC en base a criterios de inclusión y exclusión preestablecidos, a quienes se aplicó el instrumento Escala de Wagnild y Young. Resultados: De 23 pacientes representan un (36%)obtuvieron un nivel alto de resiliencia,18 pacientes que representan un (28%) obtuvieron un nivel medio de resiliencia y de 23 pacientes que representan (36%) obtuvieron un nivel bajo de resiliencia. Conclusión: Predominó un nivel alto-bajo de resiliencia seguido del nivel medio. Con respecto a los datos sociodemográficos en cuanto a la edad, los resultados arrogaron a los pacientes mayores de 60 años seguidamente predomino en su mayoría a los del sexo masculino, Por consiguiente, se obtuvo resultados relevantes en cuanto al tiempo de tratamiento a los pacientes mayores de 2 años.
