Practicas evaluativas de los docentes del quinto grado de basica primaria del Colegio Villa Amalia Ied, a partir de la implementacion del decreto ley 1290/09

Abstract

En Colombia la evaluación se rige por el decreto 1290 del año 2009, el cual dicta las disposiciones para que las instituciones educativas elaboren y ejecuten su propio Sistema Institucional de Evaluación Estudiantil SIEE. La investigación indagó y analizó la forma de apropiación del decreto 1290 en torno a las estrategias y prácticas diarias llevadas a cabo por los docentes del grado quinto de educación básica primaria de la Institución Villa Amalia. En el desarrollo del proceso investigativo se empleó el paradigma cualitativo, puesto que la finalidad es emplear la investigación-acción; para determinar el conocimiento y apropiación del SIEE por parte de los docentes, las técnicas e instrumentos utilizados fueron entrevistas en profundidad, observador de campo, y un cuestionario final. Con la información obtenida se realizó un análisis que permitió evidenciar que todos los docentes entrevistados manifestaron conocer el decreto 1290 y SIEE, los docentes de grado quinto priorizaron que las estrategias evaluativas las seleccionan de acuerdo a las necesidades y criterios de cada área las de mayor uso son: los talleres, las pruebas escritas, la calificación de los cuadernos, algunas actividades autónomas, las evaluaciones escritas y orales, y solo un docente manifiesta que emplea las Tecnologías de la información y comunicación (Tics) como estrategias evaluativas. La construcción del SIEE, debe ser bajo principios de tolerancia, libertad, claridad y partiendo de los fines de la educación, contando con la participación de docentes, padres y estudiantes; desde el contexto social y cultural actual.

In Colombia, the evaluation is governed by decree 1290 of 2009, which dictates the provisions for educational institutions to develop and execute their own Institutional System of Student Evaluation SIEE. The investigation investigated and analyzed the form of appropriation of decree 1290 around the strategies and daily practices carried out by the teachers of the fifth grade of primary basic education of the Villa Amalia Institution. In the development of the research process, the qualitative paradigm was used, since the purpose is to use action research; To determine the knowledge and appropriation of SIEE by teachers, the techniques and instruments used were in-depth interviews, field observer, and a final questionnaire. With the information obtained, an analysis was made that showed that all the teachers interviewed expressed knowledge of decree 1290 and SIEE, fifth grade teachers prioritized that the evaluation strategies are selected according to the needs and criteria of each area the most used they are: the workshops, the written tests, the qualification of the notebooks, some autonomous activities, the written and oral evaluations, and only one teacher states that he uses the Information and Communication Technologies (Tics) as evaluative strategies. The construction of the SIEE must be based on the principles of tolerance, freedom, clarity and starting from the ends of education, with the participation of teachers, parents and students; from the current social and cultural context.
