Biopsychosocial factors and desertion to growth and development control in mothers of children under 5 years of age at the maternal and child center in Villa María del Triunfo, Lima, 2023

Abstract

To determine the dropout factors for Growth and Development control in mothers of children under 5 years of age at a Maternal and Child Center in Villa María del Triunfo, 2022. Methodology: The method will be hypothetical - deductive, quantitative approach, basic type, design Descriptive and cross-sectional, the sample will consist of 80 participating mothers applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria defined in the research. Data collection techniques and instruments: For the collection of information on the variable: Dropout factors for growth and development control, the instrument "Questionnaire of dropout factors for mothers who attend CRED programs" will be applied, consisting of of 20 items grouped in 3 dimensions. Procedures: a cover letter will be requested that supports the objective of the investigation by the Norbert Wiener University, likewise it will be coordinated with the head of service, hours in which the information of the mothers of children under 5 years of age can be obtained , the data sheets will be coded, after which a data matrix table will be designed in the SPSS V24 program Statistical analysis: Absolute and relative frequency tables, measures of central tendency and some operations with the values obtained will be used specifically with the items of the instrument to be able to evaluate the main variable and its dimensions, with said results of the analysis, the tables and figures will be organized that will allow the description of the results, the discussion and the synthesis of the findings that are the conclusions.

Determinar los factores de deserción al control de Crecimiento y Desarrollo en madres de niños menores de 5 años de un Centro Materno Infantil en Villa María del Triunfo, 2022. Metodología: El método será hipotético – deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica, diseño descriptivo y transversal, la muestra estará constituida por 80 madres participantes aplicando los criterios de inclusión y exclusión definidas en la investigación. Técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos: Para la recolección de información de la variable: Factores de deserción al Control de crecimiento y desarrollo, se aplicará el instrumento “Cuestionario de factores de deserción de las mamas que asisten a los programas de CRED”, consta de 20 ítems agrupadas en 3 dimensiones. Procedimientos: se solicitará una carta de presentación que respalde el objetivo de la investigación por parte de la Universidad Norbert Wiener, asimismo se coordinará con la jefa de servicio, horarios en la cual se pueda obtener la información de las madres de niños menores de 5 años, se procederá a codificar las fichas de datos, posterior a ello se diseñará una tabla matriz de datos en el programa SPSS V24 Análisis estadístico: Se utilizará específicamente las tablas de frecuencia absolutas y relativas, medidas de tendencia central y algunas operaciones con los valores arrojados con los ítems del instrumento para poder evaluar la variable principal y sus dimensiones, con dichos resultados del análisis, se organizarán las tablas y figuras que permitirán realizar la descripción de los resultados, la discusión y la síntesis de los hallazgos que son las conclusiones.
